Refund Policy

Discovery Calls
All discovery and consultation calls are free of charge. No payment is required or collected for initial consultations.
Packaged Services
For fixed-price service packages purchased through this site:
- Before work begins: Full refund, no questions asked.
- Within 7 days of project start: 50% refund if no significant deliverables have been completed.
- After delivery of primary deliverables: No refund, but we will work to resolve any reasonable concerns about the work.
Project-Based Engagements
For custom engagements governed by a statement of work, refund terms are specified in that agreement. Generally:
- Milestone-based payments are non-refundable once the milestone is delivered and accepted.
- If we fail to deliver an agreed milestone, you will not be billed for that phase.
How to Request a Refund
Email hello@joaico.com with your name, the service purchased, and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.
