1. Agreement
By using this website or engaging Johnson AI Consulting for services, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms govern all consulting engagements, discovery calls, and use of our web properties.
2. Services
Johnson AI Consulting provides AI implementation, configuration, training, and advisory services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in individual service agreements or statements of work issued per engagement. All services are scoped post-discovery.
3. Payment
Fees for packaged services are due at the time of purchase. For project-based engagements, payment schedules are outlined in the applicable statement of work. All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
4. Refunds
Discovery calls are free of charge. For paid services, please see our Refund Policy.
5. Intellectual Property
Work product created specifically for a client engagement belongs to the client upon full payment. General methodologies, templates, and tools developed by Johnson AI Consulting remain our property.
6. Confidentiality
We treat all client business information as confidential and do not disclose it to third parties without consent, except as required by law or to fulfill your engagement.
7. AI Tool Limitations
AI tools and systems we implement are subject to the terms and limitations of their respective platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, Paperclip, etc.). We make no guarantees about the output quality of third-party AI systems and are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in good faith through direct negotiation before any formal proceedings.
