Joaico is a technology consulting and engineering firm founded by Don Johnson. We design, build, and operate AI systems, custom software, modern websites, cloud infrastructure, and automation for organizations that want measurable results — not experiments that stall after the demo.

The story behind the name

Joaico grew out of Johnson AI Consulting — and the name still carries that history forward. Look closely at our wordmark and you'll find the story hidden in plain sight: the A and the I are rendered in gold, spelling out AI at the literal heart of JOAICO.

It's a small detail with a deliberate meaning. Artificial intelligence isn't something we bolt on at the end — it's the golden thread running through everything we design, build, and operate. Every letter around it is the craft, engineering, and delivery that turn that intelligence into outcomes you can measure.
